    I began my clean living journey a few years ago but would constantly struggle to stay ‘on the wagon’. Reading this book has helped me stay consistent. Sandra’s tips and advice is invaluable and I’ve learnt so much from her. The Ageless Beauty Grail covers so many aspects of holistic living. In particular, I liked learning about bone broth and its health benefits. The author also introduced me to some great chemical-free alternatives to beauty and diet which I hope will help me stay consistent.

    I read a lot of healthy manuals, books on a better lifestyle, and so on. I have been struggling with overweight, hair loss and the discomfort of an unhealthy gut.     Sandra writes with passion but far most important: EXPERIENCE! Every tip, she tried herself! It gave me so much confidence, so much insight on why your body sometimes reacts the way it does. It is mind-blowing, what we consume and use on a daily basis, without thinking about any toxic chemicals for example. And believe me, I read labels in the past, studied ingredients in order to feel better. I never knew.
    While trying out food that heals (yes, also in her book), I feel the energy coming back, day by day. With small steps, steps you choose yourself, you get to change your lifestyle, without paying huge amounts on stuff you don’t need. The book really lives up to its promise: unlocking secrets.
    This Beauty Grail will be on my bedside table for a long time!

    Earlier this year I made a promise to myself that I’d try and lead a healthier lifestyle, and what better way to start than reading some health books? The Ageless Beauty Grail stood out to me because the advice that the author gives is from her own personal experience. There are so many health books out there, most written by doctors and professionals, so to hear someone else’s story and read about what worked for them was invaluable.

    Sandra took some very complicated subjects and made them simple and clear, which is important if, like me, you’ve got a really short attention span! Granted, there are many subjects packed into this book and not all of it was relevant to me, but I enjoyed learning about the different illnesses out there – some I’d never heard of.

    A great intro to the world of holistic health and beauty.

Some good topics, including how to handle a leaky gut, navigate thyroid issues, reduce inflammation and live a generally more holistic lifestyle. My only wish is that it covered more on holistic cleaning and household products, which is an area I still struggle with.

Lots of treatments, suggestions, and a book filled with great information. I’m a vegan, so some suggestions didn’t apply. Nevertheless, there is a wealth of great information in this book…I highly recommend reading this book and unlocking the secrets!

    I don’t read a lot of health and beauty based books, so for me, this book was a nice change of pace, The author seems very passionate and knowledgeable about how to help women age with grace, care and self-love.

    I loved learning about how age and the environment affect our hair and skin and how we can take steps to improve their condition and appearance. There were suggestions that were new to me and I will try them int he upcoming months.

    Some of the information is alarming, particularly the various chemicals in our products. It makes me think twice about various exposure to chemicals and how to better avoid some of these in the future.

    This book appealed to me because it claims to ‘guide you in making long-term changes and health habits that actually stick’.
    This is something I always struggle with because of the constant new trends and fad diets that come out. The advice in this book is good because it sticks to tried and tested methods. The only thing I wasn’t so sure about was the claim that it could help me “age backwards”, which seems far fetched! But apart from that this is a good book for anyone looking to make some positive changes in their lifestyle.

    me to turn the pages with haste thanks to the intrigue, knowledge and incredible personality. Bloom
    is also a passionate writer who is clearly dedicated to helping her readers and bettering people’s lives,
    and this will be evident to the reader from beginning to end.
    Overall, The Ageless Beauty Grail is an inspiring, enlightening and informative book that will delight,
    entertain and change people’s lives and so I have to award this stellar book five stars!

    After years of watching my boyfriend suffer and return from doctor visits frustrated and confused, I decided he needed to take his health into his own hands. That’s when I discovered Sandra Bloom’s books on Amazon. Her story sounded very similar to my boyfriend’s so I decided to buy this book and see if he was suffering from Thyroid issues. Before gifting it to him I decided to read it myself and was shocked at how accurate the symptoms were. The language itself is very simple and clear so anyone can understand it – even me! My boyfriend was beyond happy to read this book and has started to make small changes to his lifestyle, as per Sandra’s recommendations. He is also more confident to raise his illness with the doctors as he is equipped with the right knowledge. Sandra’s advice on healing from Leaky gut and diet are easy to understand and implement. Great book, thanks, Sandra. Her passion for health, healing and helping others to do the same are remarkable.
