    Phew! This bumper 400 page book packs in a lot of information! I’d been looking for a general health book to help me deal with my illnesses and general low energy when I stumbled across The Hair and Body Fix. I liked the idea of having a book that encompasses all aspects of health and beauty. I haven’t managed to finish reading it yet but the advice I’ve come across so far has been great. I’d recommend this to someone who is looking to make long term lifestyle changes and not a quick fix. Sandra’s lifestyle and advice won’t be for everyone, but if you are determined like me you will love it.

    This book was recommended to me by a friend as she knew how obsessed I am with holistic living! I’ve read a lot of books on similar subjects but what I enjoyed the most about The Hair and Body Fix was that it was intertwined with anecdotes and stories from Sandra’s own personal experience. This really stood out to me as I already had prior knowledge of some of the subjects mentioned.

    As someone who is new to the world of holistic health, I found this book refreshingly clear and simple to understand. When I first decided to remove chemicals and toxins from my life I was pretty overwhelmed – there’s SO much information out there! I found this book was a good way to ease myself into the holistic world as there are many chapters on all aspects of holistic living – beauty, diet, lifestyle and health, etc. I look forward to reading the other books published by this author, which I’m told delves deeper into specific issues

    It is such an easy to read book and it is packed with useful information.
    I read many health and beauty related books but this one really hit the spot for me.
    Love the pictures and the story behind it as well. If you have any hair, thyroid, inflammation or leaky gut problems this is your book! It gives you so much information on getting your health and hair back on track.

    Making lifestyle changes to improve your health can be overwhelming as there’s so much to consider but this book really helped me take steps towards a cleaner more holistic lifestyle. I didn’t follow Bloom’s advice word for word as there are certain aspects in my lifestyle I would not change. But in terms of living a healthier life I found her advice easy to follow.

    I found Bloom’s story (in the blurb) so compelling that I had to read the rest of this book. For every treatment or product, she mentions there is an anecdote about how it has helped her, which I found super helpful. As with any new therapies and procedures you can be hesitant to try it unless you know someone has tested it out themselves. She shares her story and the results from all the hard work and dedication she put in, which I also found very inspiring.

    I don’t usually read books about general health and beauty but this one promised to cover so many different topics at such a good price I couldn’t really resist! It’s pretty long and covers many topics including hair loss, good diet, holistic living and so on. It’s definitely not a book I’d attempt to read in one sitting, but a great guide to flip through for health and beauty questions.

    A great book for those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. There are so many topics covered that it makes it well worth every penny spent. The only thing missing was a chapter on mental and spiritual wellbeing, which I think a lot of readers would have benefited from.

    Before reading this book I was sceptical because I’ve always relied on traditional medicine and therapies to cure me. However, over the last three years, my health and hair have suffered and doctors have been unable to find a solid reason behind it. Eventually, like Sandra, I took matters into my own hands and researched the alternatives. That’s when I discovered The Hair and Body Fix. Some of her claims seem too good to be true but I didn’t want to be cynical so I gave it a try and to my shock – it actually worked. I’m very excited about the future and will keep this book for reference going forward.
